I don't remember the last time my inbox exceeded 30 messages :|
CLEAR OUT YOUR INBOXES REGULARLY (ONCE EVERY WEEK OR EVEN EVERYDAY LIKE ME)

The amount of times i've had to reference to a pm sent >3weeks old, regarding a trade/scam/spam/warning. Is uncountable :) I try never to delete any pm's :P

15 odd Mods

1000 messages each

= 15,000 messages

40-50 odd active users

50/15000 = 300

To justify each mod having 1000 pm space we would all need to send each mod 300 messages.....

Programmers who get pms about there programs get 500 space..
Big traders like me get 250 posts...

I do agree with TOTG. Trading seems to be the biggest thing that takes up space(for me anyways).

You should add a bonus 50-75 messages or something for people with the Expert Trader award.

1) Mods talk and pm about much more important things, many of which are important enough to need to be kept
2) Trade pms/programming questions/etc. can and should be deleted when they are resolved
3) How many times did you have to clean out your inbox? I had to everyday, every time I got a pm. I get pm'ed at least once or twice nearly every day, oftentimes much more than that.
4) The idea is that we're getting more space so it WON'T fill up. So your stats are fab, TOTG, they're proving that the added space should work perfectly. Thanks.
