"What looks like the reflection of a rainbow in water?"

I really have no clue, and would like some help or ideas. I only get one guess, and would like to be right.

I am going to guess oil.
Oil in water looks like a rainbow in a way.

This is probably too late, but I'll post it anyway.

I thought maybe it was the rainbow that you see when you spray water from a hose. That way it's like the reflection of a rainbow in water itself, rather than looking like a rainbow, *when it's in water*. I hope that makes sense. :\ Maybe I'm looking too deep into it...I tend to do that when it's a riddle, lol.
