Hmm, after some review yes you can change your bets, but the date you change your bets on counts as the date you place your bets and incurs the guessing penalty. But only up until February 15th; after this you can still place bets but no changing them.

I think everyone that wanted to enter should of had to join before a certain date.. Made it rather difficult when placing bets, since new people keep popping up. And if I change them now, I lose out... Ooooh the decisions!!
