Erm, so I'm supposed to answer these questions as like an induction to Latin thingy. Great?
I will happily +rep anyone who can do this for me xD

So first this text has to be read:
http://www.cambridgescp.com/ws2_tlc/explore/ws2_ets.php?p=^218^

Then the questions to answer on it (Latin Underlined):

Spoiler: show
1. Where was the crowd gathered for the ceremony? Which three groups of people did Salvius and Quintus see there? (lines 2-5).

2. I've done it xD

3. I've done it xD

4. bona est effiges. How did Salvius explain the good quality of the images? (lines 11-12).

5. In lines 13-15, how did the different sections of the crowd behave?

6. Why was the king accompanied by a boy? (lines 17-18).

7. In lines 18-22 what two offerings did the king make? How did the priest assist in this ceremony?

8. After the priest sacrificed their victims, what did the British chieftains do? (lines 25-26)

9. Where was the image placed? (lines 28-30)

10. servux regi facem traddit. What did the king do with the torch? What then happened to the image? (lines 30-32).

11. In lines 33-34 why did the spectators applaud?

12. What two things did the king say about Claudis (lines 35-36)? What did the aquila represent?

the crowd was gathered in the hall. They saw many British chiefs, many women and many Romans.

2. I've done it xD

3. I've done it xD

4. bona est effiges. How did Salvius explain the good quality of the images? (lines 11-12).
Craftsmen come from Italy every year and these craftsmen, who are most skilled, make the images.

5. In lines 13-15, how did the different sections of the crowd behave?
The crowd which was standing near the door suddenly fell down onto the ground. The British chiefs who were sitting in the middle of the hall, quickly got up. The Romans were silent.

6. Why was the king accompanied by a boy? (lines 17-18).
Because the king was lame.

7. In lines 18-22 what two offerings did the king make? How did the priest assist in this ceremony?
The priest led victims to the king. The king poured wine and sacrificed a snow-white lamb.

8. After the priest sacrificed their victims, what did the British chieftains do? (lines 25-26)
They raised the couch onto their shoulders.

9. Where was the image placed? (lines 28-30)
The pyre was in a courtyard. The image was placed onto this pyre.

10. servux regi facem traddit. What did the king do with the torch? What then happened to the image? (lines 30-32).
He placed the torch on the pyre. Soon the pyre was consumed in flames which melted the wax tabled.

11. In lines 33-34 why did the spectators applaud?
Because suddenly an eagle flew out of the image.

12. What two things did the king say about Claudis (lines 35-36)? What did the aquila represent?

There you go...enjoy :)
