I believe in ghost, and skeptics annoy the crap out of me, especially when they think they know everything and always make up an excuse for something paranormal. I know that most things can be debunked but not every single thing.
I personally am not a big believer in the supernatural. I think it's much more likely that someone is imagining things than it is that dead people hang around waiting to cause havoc/spook people for whatever reason. I can't think of a single ghost story or event that offers anything resembling credible proof that ghosts exist, and that's really why there are so many skeptics. Sorry if we annoy you. Just because a hundred people swear by an urban legend like "pop rocks make your stomach explode!" doesn't mean it's true. In this case you can easily prove that pop rocks DON'T make your stomach explode, but believers in ghosts tend to cling to the flimsy justification of "you can't prove they DON'T exist!" You also cannot prove that I did not just see a leprechaun sprint past my street, but that doesn't make my story credible to the slightest degree. I think it'd be plenty neat to have ghosts as it would be proof of the afterlife, but I just don't see that happening.
I do, I think there are ghost however I dont think most people that think they saw them have. There are alot of things in the world, who said there cant be ghosts?
With that logic, you can easily say "there are many things in this world, why can't there be invisible pokemon that follow me everywhere I go?" I'm not saying that there's not a possibility that something else does exist, but until there's anything resembling legitimate proof there will always be skeptics like me.

Points well made, lol. However Its kind of logic there are not going to be pokemon in real life, however I get the fact you where just making a valid point. Dont you think ghosts could be real? Or maybe that some people have seen one, and we just ignore it thinking there crazy, or want attention?
So what you are saying is anything we have not proven is not real? We prove things every day. You should keep an open mind to everything or you will never find anything new in life.
Keeping an open mind is one thing, but believing in something simply because there's no evidence to disprove it is another. I agree with willis, because people have been inventing supernatural explanations for the unexplainable for centuries. While people may have once believed that an illness was caused by witchcraft or wicked spirits, now the causes of disease are more accurately understood. While it's entirely possible there's a common phenomena that is causing people to think they've had ghostly experiences, it's quite a leap of logic in this modern world to assume that it's the spirit of the dead hassling us before assuming that it's the wind, or an animal, or maybe even a hallucination.
Yes all completely true however you can say its not possible, which in the long run is what im trying to prove here. My main point Is ghosts are a possibility, And yes alot of people take this to a whole other level by making face picture, However thats beside my point. ITS A POSSIBILITY ! :yup:
So, do you believe in ghosts, or the possibility that ghosts exist? I agree that there is a possibility that my grandmother is watching me this very moment getting ectoplasm all over the carpet, but I certainly don't believe that's the case. Believing beyond a shadow of a doubt that ghosts exist is just as ignorant as denying that there's any possibility, though. You have to have an open mind on both sides - it's very possible, and much more likely, that they don't exist.

Possible but still anything could happen, its like saying there are no aliens. Most people say there are,yet we have no proof or anything. Personally I think there are, theres no way we are the only life forms on the earth, Any way thats a whole new thread, but it helps my case.

I think ghosts exist. I totally believe it. I learned a lot from my Urban Legends classes, its cool. There's a ghost in my friends house.
ET life is completely different than ghosts. While ET life is entirely a possibility within the realm of known science, ghosts aren't included in that equation.
