    Need:

    -Mozilla Firefox
    SUPER-©

First of all, go here: https://addons.mozilla.org/it/firefox/addon/3590

and installed the 'addon for Firefox.

Restart and now there appears a button in 'corner at the bottom right:
When Firefox will identify a video on the page just click here to download.

Only problem: it is downloaded in. Flv

Now, or VLC Media Player installed to watch it (not recommended choice) or you have to convert it!

Comes to our aid SUPER ©, software universal video converter (even convert them into mp3, wav etc. For only 'audio and even animated gif!) From the powerful engine. (it's freeware, you should easily find on a search engine).

© launched SUPER, maybe skipped the stage of research updates and increased to the point. Go to the directory where you put the 'flv and use the drag and drop method to bring in the SUPER ©.

Now select the output format: video, audio, codec, etc.. and then click on encode active files. SUPER © begin to convert and put the video converted into C:.

RealPlayer also supports the FLV filetype. Just incase you'd prefer an established name.
