First Off, this guide isnt too hard, and basically for Real Gamers. Ones who like to play Game Systems! ^^
    Things You Will Need:
Controller w/ USB Port on the end of it (A Simple Wired Xbox360 Controller)
    and Xpadder (Located Here: http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?wnogdiuggwy)
Open Up Xpadder and Install The Files. While Its doing that, plug in your controller and let it download the Device.
Once Its Done and you've opened Xpadder, click the small controller and click new.
When you do, you see different tabs, go down the line of them.

    Image:
Here, you open up the image of your controller.
    Sticks:
On each tab under sticks, you must click enable, and follow the directions from their.
D-Pad: D-pad is pretty much the same thing.
    Buttons:
For This, press a button on your controller, and then drag the little box to which one you pressed. If you press A, then drag it to where "A" is on your controller.
Triggers, Same as the buttons, but drag it to where the triggers are on your controller.
    Go Back:
Now, you have your controller set up. You Want to assign what each button does, to do that, go click the Bubble in which you want to assign something. For Example, if you want A to mean "Enter" Click A, and the Keyboard will show up, click on enter, and it will give "A" that Command.
    Finish
It will tell you to click the close tab under finish, do that, then click "SAVE AS" and rename it to whatever name you want.

    Example:
Here is an example of my controller for Playing Halo: CE On My Computer:

Neat guide. Can I ask though, concerning the flash games on Neopets, does it make any of them easier to play or is it just for something different?

Well, It Depends Really. On What Kind of Game and how you have your controller configured. Like if you have it designed for meerca chase, are you faster at pressing Up on they keyboard or moving up on the Analog Stick? It all depends on What Game, and What you thinks easier
