Lock option for topic creators

    I don't think this has been suggested before, but i think an option for the topic creator to be able to lock the thread. I think this would reduce spamming and gravedigging as well as lighten the work load of the mods...

    Yes, I think an auto-locker has been suggested before, but not an option for the topic creator to lock it.
