As a person sipping on their sixth tea of the day.. I'll be going with tea!

I've never been able to stomach the taste of coffee anyways.

For the longest time I never could stomach coffee or tea, but herbal teas have won me over. Tea has more variety than coffee as well.

Although the most widely consumed drink in the world is coffee, it doesn't mean that it's better for you. A regular coffee drinker of even one cup a day will often experience severe migraines without a cup of morning joe. Tea, on the other hand, is not as intrusive on the brain's homeostasis, resulting in a drink that a person could quit without the negative effects. Then again, who would want to quit tea? It's delicious.

Depends on the time of day.
Assuming mild/low caffeine tea (or even decaf, but I don't really like herbal), then tea at night.
Coffee in the morning for that wonderful adrenaline rush :3
