As said in the earlier post, this only tends to work if you know for sure you didnt do anything wrong

Lol, you really going to try to get an account back that was frozen years ago? That would be a true miracle.

I tried this now and they redirected me to just fill out a ticket on the neopets site. Even though it was a insanely fast response. like less than 10m if only TNT can respond like that

Your message has been sent. Thank you for contacting Viacom.

Tried as well, however I dont think they will do anything.
I was legit on my old main (still am mostly) and I was told my accounts being purged now for being inactive for 4+ years (What!?)

Yea. It ended up taking TNT only 5 days to contact me about my ticket. I am premium and bought NC i dont know how much that has to do with it.

When people start sending Viacom false "i didnt cheat" messages they will start to ignore the real unfairly frozen claims

TNT only gave me circular automated responses on why I got frozen. It's just a waste of time if you've actually used something like an autobuyer.

Yes, using Autobuyer is unless to appeal for it. But if you didn't use any program. They just take their time to reply you.
