    First you need to get points, the more points you have the more programs you can get.

    By posting or donating you get points. Points are used to "buy" programs to use when you need them. You can get more points faster by donating money to the site though. You may need certain programs to make the ones you buy work. To download a purchased program, simply go to "your programs" and click "use item" on what you want to download. A pop-up should appear giving you the opportunity to download the program to your computer. Auto buyers are best for neopets as they make you a ton of cash... :D
