    Med soaps give at least 10k profit.. thats alot aye?

    No just go to the pharm and buy the med soaps
    You just can't see items that are 100 rarity

    Theres a guide on here somewhere that shows what you can and cant buy at the different account stages..

    Its something like this..

    Newbie - Can see up to RARITY 90
    1 Month - Can see up to RARITY 95
    2 Month - Can see up to RARITY 97
    3 Month - Can see up to RARITY 98
    4 Month - Can see up to RARITY 99
