    I can't get past the 3rd step where I enter my email to make a new account on Neo.
    Is it just me?

    how much times have you been iced?? and wat email r u using?? coz if youve been iced, using something like hotmail or yahoo mite not work...

    Only iced twice months ago. I'm using gmail.
    It's not like they are denying me, I click it and it just sits there. Doesn't go anywhere and no it's not my PC.

    That means that email domain isn't allowed on Neo.

    This is just a guess, but maybe they stopped allowing Gmail on neopets? It could be recent.

    Use a different browser also, i did and it worked. its not gmail.
