I was thinking of getting one, not sure if it's worth it though. What do you PSP gamers think? :p

PSP is worth it if you travel a lot, if you sit @ home, you got the tv systems. So get it only if you are out and about a lot

I've used my Psp quite a lot even though i don't travel all the time. Some of the games are really good if some of your friends get it too; like Monster Hunter, about 6 of my friends got this and we all played it around each others houses and some people had like 300+ hours since we all encouraged each other.

Although saying this, most of the time when im not addicted to a game that me and my friends all play, it usually just sits on the side and i just use my PC.

So if your friends have one too and like the same type of games you do, then it could be worth it but if your the only one who gets one then the psp might just sit on side.

I owned a PSP at one stage. It was decent, but didn't live up to my expectations...I saw my friends games on his DS, and was hooked. Traded in my PSP for a DS lite, and have never looked back since.

you can make programs for it, a friend of mine made a few, he made me a music making prog, and a dj one too, hook it up to dj equipment.
def worth getting they cheap now. i got my black one for £200, a jap one with all games on dvd, and 5 memory sticks to put the games on
i have been offered £500+ for it, no umds means no updates.:)

    white/blue/pink 1.5 psp

I recommend buying one of these because they are not too much more expensive and give you a unique look/feel at the same time providing iso and emulator support. I myself have a Japanese white 1.5/2.71(too lazy to update to 3.02b or what ever).
