anyone heard of neofriends.com?

somebody told me about it but it is all weird. is it like this site? i am curious to see if it compares to this site. just looking for some info and figured this was the place.

 

i was putting the neofriends.net url when i accidentally put .com instead of .net ...but i can't seem to access that site..xD
