When i start my computer there is no problem, but after some time when i try to play anything(songs, games, videos) error shows up.Its something like this:(in winamp)
No sound device found.please buy a sound card first(or install proper drivers for it)

I also tried updating my sound drivers and to no avail.Any suggestions. :(

My keyboard is also not working right.First, when i play games it shows no problem but after some time controls goes weird like if i press a button and took my hand off it still continues to perform the action bound to the key.

    Any suggestions for this. :(

Have you just reformatted your computer? The same problem happened with me a while ago, after I had reformatted my computer.

    Are you using Vista?

    Things you need to do:

. update Vista to Service Pack 1
. Update Vista SP1 and get all the patches released by MS
. Check if your graphic card is running at PCI-E 16x

If you need help, just post :)

if it's vista...welcome to the world of vista; Microsoft doesn't like you 'stealing' mp3s so they stole your sound driver XD

seriously if it's vista good luck finding out how to fix it, hopefully Carletto's suggestion works

generally fully uninstalling the sound drivers and reinstalling them will work

also it could be hardware, ala burned out mother board...unlikely but it's happened

Long time since my last visit here.... [...]
Anyways i have resolved my audio problem now.The problem was happening because windows audio service had stopped it(my audio)automatically. So i went to services.msc, then to windows audio properties, then start it once again manually.Everything is alright now. :yup:
And thanks for your time and reply!!!

    What are you talking about?
Vista isn't bad. It is way more advanced then XP. People over exagerate when they say it is "bad".

Vista is visually pleasing but I rather have XP back.... Anyways... this should be locked now.

Nah, I love Vista. I got rid of XP for it, I'll never go back :)
