I agree on ALL statements. Instead of asking first, why not put forth a LITTLE effort on your part to look for Neopets backgrounds. There are SO many sites that offer graphics, layouts, etc... Just look first, if you honestly cannot find ANYTHING, I'd suggest getting your browser fixed, because it's clearly not searching very well.
