    They will stop HD all together, they will close the production lines.

    Alright, I'm gonna buy a blu-ray right now. Anyone want to suggest a brand and please don't say Ps3.

    Frankly who cares. Studies have show in double blind tests 9/10 people can't tell the difference between upscaled content and true HD content on the average HD television, there were like 4 brands tested if I remember right.

    This format war was a fat joke to begin with. But at least the better of the two technologies won. The only down side is we are likely to see prices come up before they come down.

    its not like the 360 had very strong hddvd support. the hd dvd drive was optional and didnt sell very well
