If I am running IE with a proxy and an autobuyer with the same proxy, can I still browse with my normal ip on firefox, or will this cause trouble?

Yes you can. Thats the point of having a proxy on IE and not firefox and vice versa.

Well, it actually depends on the method he used to establish his connection to the proxies. If he used something like AccessDriver alone, he would typically be running the same IP off of both ISP's. He would manually have to set the proxies for each browser, or access more specific features in the program, or app used to attain these proxies.

Hope this helps out some. Overall, this is an elaboration on your statement, and not a correction. :p

You also need to make sure the proxy you use is anonymous/elite.
If you're using a transparent proxy, it will leak out your real IP.
This will not cause problem if you surf other site but on neopets will get your account related to each other.
