While surfing trough the net, I've found many sites in which you can call to other people's phones from your pc, but you need to pay. I've found this program called VoipCheapCom, and it solved my problem. To start using the program, you must first go to their company's website. As soon as you arrive the home page, you'll find a Download Now button, where you can download the program. After downloading it, and installing as a common program, you open it, and in order to make free calls, go to the " Direct Call " tab, and you put your telephone number (in this step, I usually use a random telephone number instead of my own, because they tend to send you advertising programs to your mobile phone if you give them your true number) in the first rectangle, and you put the destination number in the second rectangle. If you use the program often, your free calls will come to an end quickly. To avoid this, register a new account and download the program again, you can still use your telephone number in this new account. " Please note that when you call a number (even if it's local) you should always dial 00 + countrycode + areacode + subscribernumber) " - Do also remember this. Hope it helps. does the free calls quota gets replenished regularly or is it a one time determined thing as though every account is allocated a fixed quota?
You only get "free" calls for 90 days, and you can only call certain countries for free. There's sort of a catch too. Max 300 minutes per week of free calls, measured over the last 7 days and per unique IP address. Unused free minutes cannot be taken to the following week(s). If limit is exceeded the normal rates apply. With your FREE DAYS you can call for free to all the destinations listed as free! when you have no FREE DAYS left the normal rates apply. You can get extra Freedays by buying credit EDIT: ACK didn't even realize, this was a gravedig. Sorry.
thanks for the details, im going to download it and try for myself, well i guess some sections of the forum moves slower and so as long as it's still relevant to the topic i wouldn't say this is grave digging, something shallower perhaps
