The best program to "paint" with is Corel Painter IX, it has a lot of brushes and it's really beautiful. If you want to make computer arts, like shiny things etc, the best choice is Photoshop!!!
Yep Coral and Photoshop CS2 are the best programs, if your looking to colour your drawings in on these programs; then usually people use a black line pen and draw around the drawings to get a edge otherwise without a tablet its hard to use a mouse to draw these lines.
If you have any bit program e.g. Bitcomet, bittorrent, then you can either use a website like torrentscan.com or you can search Adobe Photoshop CS2 torrent into google and there should be a ton of torrents. If your looking for coral just put torrent after the name of the program.
:lol: :lol: Of course, because we are a community of outstanding morals. Anyway, you can dl a Legal, free trial of photoshop off of adobe.com if you want to try it, it only last 30 days though.
I might add, that there are some great tutorials and such to be downloaded from piratebay. The tutorials are legal
Well you could always scan it in or get someone to do it for you. Or if you're sorta rich you could go for a tablet pc with a touch-screen function. :?
