Do you ever regret helping someone?

So I made this gallery layout for this 14 year old kid. I'm 21, btw, which is why I'm calling him a kid. Well, he had no idea how to do HTML or CSS so I tried him to help him the best I could.. And well.. the kid is so incredibly annoying. He just sent me a neomail saying "I CAN'T WAIT TOMORROWS MY BDAY!!" Do I really care?? Are you going to annoy the crap out of me now that I helped you? Ugh, I kinda regret helping him because he doesn't have any forum ediquite. For instance, I'm a regular on the GSC board and I noticed he made a thread asking for ratings and he will rate, too. At least 6 people asked for ratings and he didn't even rate back, he didn't even go back to the thread. The board is slow, he knows it too.. Ugh.. So annoying.. Anyone been in this situation?

I'm kinda thinking that I should help people that I talk to, and not just random people who are drooling over my gallery.. ugh..

I lent this dude 200k because he was rebuilding. A week later he froze his account because he couldn't get his main back. A waste of 200k.

wow what an inconsiderate person he was, ive never been in the situation but i try to help whoever i can and be patient and kind to those who are helping me, i mean its not like its there job to help, so he should have been thankful.

 

Oh, he was thankful. I caught him on the boards, both help and gsc, bragging about his gallery I just added my credit on there now..

I think he's just a hyperactive 14 year old kid, that's all. But still, very annoying.

 

I have been bothered by helping people cause after you help them they always come back and ask for more. I have had maybe two people not do that.

 

That sucks.

Well, when I help people, I think I'll have to get a background check from now on lol

 

Well just remember if someone is nice to you. Pay them back sooner or later. I have had help and payed them back twice as much and some people i have help (2) have gave me something back.
