10 out of the 20 newest 20 trades on the TP are Starry PB's Why is this and does anybody think the value will increase back up past 200k anytime soon...
i just got 2 but......it's will be better to sell it now? or maybe it's better to wait some time??? i dunno what to do :|
Tarla is the little pink ixi. Randomly once a day, (less/more its random) anyone with the toolbar installed gets a little flashy alert thing. Once you click this it directs you to tarla who gives away items. (majority get the same item) The Link is also posted on the neoboards, so hang around the boards and get the link of there if tarla is on and you dont have toolbar. Tarla is also known as "The Evil Deflator" and is hated by many xD
The link comes Randomly throughout the day. And tarla stays for 5minutes TOPS. so you have to be fast >

I think it's better to save them, this is a consumable item and Tarla gave them away, but not every user in Neopia got one. Also this is different from the Ghost PB, because these were the prize of the plot. I really think The price of the Starry PB will go up
These will definitely inflate back to their original price, if given time. I'd buy em up while you can, it's a pretty good investment.
whenever the alert thing flashes, they always tell me "No, you can't have anything for free. Shoo! Shoo! Goodness... Neopians these days!" O.O
yeah it told me the same thing today. i think it was after she came though. maybe you just have to follow a link on neopets you cant get to it from there. idk...
