Editing pictures, XP

Is there any other program that comes with XP Home except paint?
My photoshop CS needs to be activated and my keygen don't work any good
Just need to resize some pictures.

if all you need to do is resize than theres actually a picture resizer on microsofts site, its free but i forget exactly what its called because i reformatted my computer

 

Was it Microsoft PowerToys?

If you have Word 2003, it also comes with Microsoft Office Picture Manager...that also helps with photos, but not as much as CS2
