"Neopets is a new film based on the popular website, Neopets. The film is directed by Henry Anderson, written by Rob Leiber. The film is produced by Jesse Ehrman and Dylan Sellers, and the music by James Horner. This film will be made in CGI, similar to Shrek, Toy Story and Cars. It will be released on April 20, 2009 by Warner Bros. Family Entertainment. There are no posters or images released yet, but IMDB states that it is in pre-production, with a tentative title of The Lost Tomb: A Neopets Adventure." You can read more here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neopets_(film) I cant beleive this. Where is the old neopets !!!
thats horribly... its gonna get too commercial.... i rekon we should stack up on as much rare items as we can coz once neopets goes commercial, everything will inflate....
I think its a bad idea, however Im most liky going to see the movie lol. Just because I have to see what its about !
I agree with the inflating idea. We all should put on our AB's, use proxies and snatch every good item. That way, other people will be annoyed and quit the game. Neopets is going too far.
Neopets: "First the whole media, then the world!" but yea, i got to agree, that they are doing series is already horrible, but donig a movie to? thats just wrong, so wrong!
Oh god, the horror, neoworld, hundreds of lame fluffly looking walkin people with all happy things, gah! But yea, as other said, they are just doing all this thing to get more and more money, all this advertisement and promotion stuff, pfff... * wonders how rich they are by now *
Actually i think that is cool, I would love to bring my kids (don't got any, yet) to neoworld. They can play all sorts of games there and earn points for the site. Disney world is boring now (we go every year) and what if it was adam's life long dream to have an amusement park? that would be awesome for him too
well i knew it; told you that the day neopets got bought by viacom it had a ticking clock above its head; i wonder how long it will be before there will be popups and those "skip this ad to go to the page you wanted" around the site. i'm dying a little on the inside. T.T it used to be so... FUN AND INDI! now its all... pokemoned sold to viacom (who owns MTV) and there actually was an amusement park game WAAAAAAAY back in the day (go look on some really old accounts, they might have trophies)
Especially more crazy... I can't believe that MTV bought it They don't seem that... Neo-ish. That'd be one of the last companies that I thought would buy Neo. Maybe Google will buy them though...
