try again the system cannot handle the number of players on Neopets when all or a good majority are on, like during plots

has anyone figured out a way of getting past the country block yet?

i put in united states and googled up a zip code into my profile, but it still gave me the country error. i believe that it is ip address-based? tried to use a proxy but my internet connection is too slow to load pages through proxy. also tried google web accelerator that redirects requests through the google us server, it changed the ip to united states in some ip-detecting sites, but still wont work for nc mall x.x

im worried that they will figure out the loophole in allowing sides to redeem.. which is the sf code that can be used to earn items.. then change the rules to disallow it before i can figure out a way to use it

 

I have the same problem, I've used ip's USA but it didn't worked ...
Does anyone knows how to fix this?
