Freezing Potion

Can anyone tell me which shop can I find the Freezing Potion?

 

Supposedly it restocks in the Ice Crystal Shop but I doubt you'd find it. I didn't find any with the shop wizard, meaning it's probably worth over 99,999np. However there are a few if you search the Trading Post.

yes it restocks at the ice crystal shop for about 120k or 100k either 1 im not sure

it restocks from around 80k-100k in the ice crystal shop, ive seen people get it with 79797 haggles or 98989 haggles
