i have my username and password, but i dont remember the birthday i put down is it possible to still login to that account? :evil:
No, it's not. You can try emailing support about it, but I doubt they'll do anything. You should add that account as a nf on another account and see how old the age is and then...just guess.
I had the same issue and filled in a support form (the account was years old and I made up a DOB to get access to all sections) I told them a nice lie that my mum told me to never give out personal details on the web. They emailed me back and asked loads of questions about the account, who was on neofriends list, previous passwords, items equipped to pets and what my real DOB is, I sent it back and they reset the date of birth.....then a few months later I was frozen for ABing! heh. Good luck getting your account back!
login if u don't remember ur password, then enter ur username and the admins will email it to u. i believe u can still login to neopets without having to enter your birthday. i don't why they put that rule in?
