Anyone ever plead not guilty to a speeding ticket before?

I'm about to... but i don't really know what to say...

I get to do it by writing a letter thankfully since I do not live in the state I recieved the ticket. I would choke in court :nope:

any advice? hehe I'm not really sure they would look kindly on my excuse of passing a semi while going 81 in a 65 :S:S

Theres no real defense to a speeding ticket if they clock you they clock you. Only defense usually is profiling but even then you'd have to prove w/o a reasonable doubt that if they weren't profiling you wouldn't have been speeding.

    Well did you do it?
Because if you did (and it wasn't some tecnhical fault), face the consequenses.
It was your own fault that you got caught :p

Can you give me the situation.. My dad is a speedaholic and has gotten out of a few. I can ask him what he thinks if you tell me what happened..
