So I was attempting to get an avatar and I stayed far below the review score (with a reasonable time) and yet I'm reviewed. I did got the avatar, though.. What are my chances of being frozen? If I do get frozen then I think I'll quit Neo forever..
Umm, if it looked legit, then you have a chance of getting unfrozen, but if you got reviewed for your time, then you probably will get iced. Good luck, but I don't think TNT is taking any chances on cheaters. I hope you pass the review so you don't quit neo xD.
If it is frozen, I can only tell you to submit a complaint via the BBB... and that if you don't get it back, cheating Neopets only gets more fun.
It could also be because you sent an impossible score. Like a score of 123 on a game where you have to score in increments of 10 or something. What game was it?
what hally said but most games are reviewed by a computer so you should be fine just ly low for a while
Thanks, this gives me a bit hope I'm planning to make a fake screenie to show to Neo.. I have to get a trainer then, unfortunately I can't buy at the moment since I spent my cash to the account generator :arf: (Zero, if you read this: is there a solution for it yet? )
also if your time was to low or to long they review it =) and also they changed some review scores so maybe it was over the review scores
They also review times when they take too long? [...] I didn't know that. When I started SSing (that was a while ago) and tried to get avatars, sometimes I put in times longer than needed and I had no problems.
well im guessing in its in extreme cases i mean how would it look to you if it took u one hour on a game that takes 20sec
So they would measure the time from opening the window to sending the score? Or would they keep track of the time when you actually play? Well, for the 'slow' times. I guess if you send like 30 seconds 'slower' than the usual time it wouldn't be a problem?
It's not really "reviewed" by a computer. Here's how it works: If a bot finds that you sent an impossible score, auto-ice you. If a bot finds you suspicious or sending fast times or high scores, review. When it is reviewed, it gives it to the "smarter" people called TNT. TNT reviews and judges whether you should be released, iced, or chain iced and IP banned.
u know?i have played KCA Race to the Stage! legitly, and i scored 12XXpts.it said problem of higher score and need to be reviewed. it is possible to get u know?coz i found it has glitch, after u finished the 3rd stage, when the boy on his way to right, keep pressing right.it will go again for 3rd stage, score are continuely counted. And i received the TNT mail said that my score has been reviewed and accepted=)
So probably the bot looks at the time and TNT looks at the code then.. But I wonder how some crazy scores in the HST are still accepted.
If neopets is anything to go by no one can tell you if you are goin to be frozenmany people have made the mistake you have just to get the avie for a game, the thing is neopet team tend to sometimes just throw out a random review just to try an catch people that stay under the rader from the big cheatin networks.
If you used neopets-games-f79/game-score-review-list-t17141.html to check when is the review score then that's probably why. Some things on that list are outdated.
