Looking for a program that can make .gif images that change if you refresh...has to be free. Preferably not to big since I have a crappy connection but size doesn't matter all that much)

(If you dont know what I mean, I've seen a couple images that change when you refresh the page...instead of changing on x seconds, it will change on a refresh. :p)

    Will +rep. :p

No, take "http://www.neomallers.com/xmart/rand/slogan.gif" for example, everytime you refresh it changes...

I'm pretty sure this belongs in the graphics section and thats the first time I've seen anything like that, a changing gif. Honestly I wouldn't have the slightest Idea until I get home and open up that gif in Imageready and tear it apart. But as far as I know, just stick the .php scripts you can find more info on it.

Those images are actually PHP scripts in disguise. Neopets only dis-allows linking to files having a .php extension. But the thing is, extensions don't really do anything. They pretty much exist only to provide a way for an operating system figure out what program to use to open a file. All you have to do is write a PHP script that generates the image based on the number of page views, rename the PHP script with a .gif extension, make your server able to handle .gif extensions as PHP scripts, and then link to the script on neo.
