I got shot in the leg 3 days ago and checked out of the hospital on the same day. (not following doctors orders)
What a pleasent story. Or is it a play on words, like perhaps you were shot in the leg by a neddle or something?
well me and my friends were at a party. i left like at 11:00 (had to go home cuz of parents -.-) then while i was walking to the sky train station some girl said "hey i want your necklace" (she was prob drunk) i said well too bad your not gettin it. she started grabbing it from my neck. i was trying to get it for like 5 seconds when i took out my pocket knife and stabbed her (not hard) near her breast and near her armpit. She let go of it, and called out her boyfriend. Her boyfriend was like 3 times the size of me and im like. OH SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT! I was so scared i ran as fast as i could. cuz i knew he was gonna beat me up or some shit. He chased me with his car. then when we came to the sky train station he told me he was gonna curb stomp me(you put your teeth on the curb then the person jumps on your head). i ran again, with him on my tail. i didnt know he had a damn gun. i dodged like 2 bullets and 1 shot me, and damn, you know how people say "my life flashed before my eyes". well yeah, that happened to me. MY WHOLE LIFE. appeared to me in just a split second. I was unconcious and awoke in a hospital. Around 10 minutes later my whole family arrived. EDIT: virre your right i should really learn from this and not become more meaner, but become more peaceful as you said
Well you did pull out a weapon first. I wish I could say that I feel sorry for you, but I have no respect for people who carry weapons around. Also, you said you now see the world for how it is, many people who have similar experiences become more peaceful and harmonic, not bitter and meaner. They tend to value each minute of life and not spend the time on grudges or thinking about bad things. So you seem to have gotten hold of the wrong end of the stick on that as well.
When you say you stabbed the woman, but not hard, did you actually pierce the skin? It sounds pretty serious. Are the police getting involved in this matter?
lol ok seriously... Some drunk chick is grabbing for your necklace... you couldnt like kick her off and run... you had to STAB her... [...] And where do you live. I carry a knife in my purse, and I think alot of women should. Especially if you are going anywhere at night. Just because you carry it doesnt mean your trying to start trouble. What if you got attacked? anyway... thats a crazy story.
And carrying a pocketknife isnt? If that's the case then I suggest those of you who live in those states write a letter to their congressman No but seriously, do it anyway if you have reason to belive that you might be attacked. I think most women should carry pepperspray or at least an assult alarm, something that inflicts pain if needed but not something lethal.
whoa... that's one crazy story. hope you're okay. would they be able to call your stabbing/cutting/poking/whatever self defense? i carry pepper spray in my purse, actually... it's illegal for me to have until i turn 18, but i'm not that far off so i do it anyway.
yes i've been told it would be called self-defense. I also forgot to say she was scratching me on the neck after a while. And no, when i stabbed her it wasn't serious, i didn't go in the skin or anything like that, so it was ok. its a MIRACLE im alive, and im very greatful.
Wow, serious story, at least you escaped without a much more serious ingury. Hopefully you won't get in even more trouble because you left the hospital before being dismissed and presumable before the cops spoke to you, though she'd be completely crazy to press charges, her boyfriend committed a significantly more serious crime.
