It's different depending on which shops you do it at, how often you do it, and what program you're doing it with. I suggest just starting off slow with something basic.
If you use realistic buy speeds, only run the ABer for a couple hours per day, take the time to learn about IPs, make your shells look legit, and transfer your NP intelligently, the freeze rate is very, very low.
