so how do i hit on girls for fun? like my friends and i usually like tell one of our friends to go and sit down with some girl who's eating alone at the dining hall, and then try to talk to her and stuff. any ideas on some good openers so that you dont get shot down? :lol:
Usually a compliment that isn't too personal or rude Or just walk over and starrt chatting about things, what u do last weekend? got any plans for the holidays? what subjeects u taking? what results u get last exams? just simple boring questions to break the nervous barrier, then get her msn/myspace or whatever and it's much easier to talk to girls over net. Connect over MSN. Then uve got a gf! BOOM! lol
It's not quite as simple as using a line. Lines almost NEVER work. You have to adjust your game to the situation and the specific girl. There's a lot of good reading material on this... should I start another thread about it? Like a big compilation of good reads about approaching women, and everything after?

SoC's got it down, I'd completely ignore random guys who hit on me. Actually, now that I think about it, I really DO ignore random guys who hit on me. xD Pickup lines and come-ons make me think the guy only wants a piece of ass, not anything deeper. If you want to date me, get to know me.
Going to have to go with everybody saying that random guys coming up to you is usually creepy. If you're going to randomly approach girls be prepared to be patient enough to make decent friends before you start trying to actually hit on anybody, otherwise you'll come off just as bad as every other creep out there.

come on guys, you shouldn't even be thinking in that way "well first I'll make her my friend, and then BOOM I'll make her my girlfriend" you should actually be interested in having her as a friend. a girlfriend isn't just arm-candy They might look good, but thats not the only thing you should be interested in [I sound like I'm ranting, but I'm really not. Oh I'm a girl. Most of us don't enjoy being "hit on" for fun unless you're amazingly good looking. Otherwise you'd need to be amazing to actually get us to notice you. Or we'll just leave in disgust -my opinion haha.
