How bad is your luck on neopets?

If you're lucky, you are probably very rich and have all of your pets painted royal or some other rare color. If you're average, you live an ok life and are trying to save up enough neopoints to get the last damn piece of the lab map.
If you are unlucky, you live in a cardboard box and barely have any nps to your name. If you are very unlucky, like me, then you always restart your games, because you want to be on the high score list, but just can't beat your brother's score of 2 points... you always score 1 point... And if you are very lucky... *grabs torch* You'll be even richer when I burn down your neohome!!! :shock: Oh, and this is for the people who play neopets with nothing but their web browser.

 

I don't really understand what you're trying to say... but I came here to tell that I once got stolen my Ghost Paint brush (stupid grundo leader! hmph..) in a random event..talk about unlucky!
.. I was so mad.

 

Was that when they were expensive or after they had deflated?

Anyways, if it's to talk about luck, then saying that I never won a frickin tombola prize than once and I don't even know if I ever got dubloons from the Coltzan's Shrine and never won any lotteries or whatsoever, is enough.
The only luck I get is not to get frozen by leaving my aber turned on all the time, and that's also the only place I get money ^^

 

same! except.. i dont have it turned on all the time cos i dont wanna test my luck. its been bad alright. never took the tombola or fruit machines either. i think its cos i visit the money tree too often :roll:

 

i think i live an average life..i win in tombola maybe once a week or twice, never won in the fruit machine though. i completed lab map but i got few thousand nps on hand..but my pet's arent painted..the problem is, i donmt have a goal on neo, i juts try to earn them give it away ( i know it sounds stupid)and yes my luck is not getting iced too ^_^ how about the others?

Talking about tombola and other prizes, I am not that unlucky with those though. I get things from the shrine all the time, I rarely get nothing. For the tombola, I win once or twice every week, although most of the time I just get crappy stuff like cheap gross food. I hate the fruit machine, it's totally not letting me win on purpose! I am jealous of people who win faerie PBs from the fruit machine, I wish I were that lucky! Same thing with the mys. symole hole, grumpy king, wise king, snowager, turmy, wheels,scratchcards = I have only won stuff from those like 1 time each in my entire life (><)

 

I don't know if how rich you are or not is really about luck. I feel like the people who are rich (and play legit) have worked really hard. I play legit (for now!) and I'm saving for a faerie paint brush, taking me ages and it's a lot of hard work to paint your pets, not really luck. The people that live in card-board boxes like you said (lol) prob dont put a lot of effort into games and competitions to get NPs.

But just on the subject of pure luck, I once won a stone paint brush and 20K from the fruit machine!! And when I was saving for my lab map I got one piece free. And all my petpetpets attached first refresh
But those things don't contribute that much to overall wealth, their just wee bonuses!

 

you dont have to belucky to be rich lol. You could be apwnful restocker and have no luck and still be loaded.

Well, you need to be pretty lucky to come across rare UBs when you're RS/ABing :lol:

 

I spent weeks using an autobuyer, and made 45mil, and the HOUR before I was going to sell all of it for 9$ per mil, I was chain iced and all of my accounts ended up being frozen...

 

Well that's not you being unlucky, that's just you suffering the consequences of cheating.

 

Whoops, too bad xD Just think of it on the good side.. at least you didn't have to spend a lot of effort to get the np in the first place. You can easily earn it all back again. I used to play semi-legit (no programs, but played games and dailies on multi-accounts) for years and years and only made about 1 mil. But now that I have programs I make more than 1 mil each and every week, and a lot more if I get lucky

 

Aw I'm so jealous hehe. Still saving for a stupid paint brush for ages and I've still got 700K to go. I can only make about 50K a day just now! :evil: only kidding hehe

 

depends. I consider myself lucky, because I have 2 royal pets and I once won a starry paintbrush from the fruit machine..besides I'm unlucky cause I don't have patience to play and rs anymore to buy a draik... btw that's the reason I got an autobuyer.

 

i consider myself lucky i guess, i used to refresh and transfer loads of items to my main account, which still hasn't been frozen yet, now i just ab using my side account =p

i have a baby pet who read over 500 books XD nerd powa

I tend to be lucky with random events. I get lots of quests and random events (due to lots of 'refreshing' *ahem*. Often get nice items from the REs, win tombola pretty regularly, but never seem to win with the fruit machine.. Hmm..

This week I've found 2 petpet map pieces, a lab map piece (75k), a codestone, won a codestone from Tombola and had 3 or 4 quests. Plus all the Premium randoms, but I guess they're not down to luck really. Haven't won anything more than 400NP from the FM though for about a year :/

Also, my accounts will be 8 months old tomorrow, 100 million pure between them and constant cheating since they were born . Again, not so much down to luck though. More to do with patience and care.

Oh, I just know you all hate me now.

 

cool. My pet (Super_zafara_8 *no parenthesis*) is only Christmas because of my friend...It's kinda sad, but when I got enough money to pay her back, I was on a roll with making money-I owed her 150k for the paintbrush. OH, and she bought the paintbrush for one million! :shock:
