Hah, nice tip, but I don't see why get Pro.

Pro is full of potentially dangerous files as well as Limewire regular. It's ridiculous, fake files keep rising everyday.

If you trying to dl a song/movie/whatever...never dl anything that's 1,001 KB. Especially if there are a lot of them. Size of a virus.

I use BT and LW, and I havn't had a problem with either of them, actually.

=) It's just that, with BT you can't download individual songs. Anyway, thanks for the tip! I'm going to get limewire pro right now. x3

If you use LimeWIre with Norton or Spybot search and Destroy what can go wrong because the security will immediatly BLAM any virus in any file.

that's how i got limewire pro =D, but see i realized that wasn't such a smart idea when someone i know tried it and eneded up getting a virus which owned their comp, smarter to just google it, it comes up in a lot of places. The only real way to get a virus downloading a mp3 in most situations is if download a mp3 that's like 55kbs....yeah...that's usually not a song -.-

    Limewire for movies?

I use bittorrents for them too and it's nice for mp3's cause normally you can get the entire cd versus just one song

I guess we all have our preferences. I've been using bittorrents since they came out... and I've never ceased to not find anything I wasn't looking for.

Oh, that is an awesome idea. I didn't even think of it! You'd think the limewire people would block any files o that are for limewire pro. I mean, they want their money don't they? If everyone does this, limewire pro would be free in a way.

they cant block it else they are breaking their own rules of terms its a file sharing program so ANY file can be shared :p
