Here are your options: On another account, neofriend request the old account. You'll know the age, even without accepting. Then there's only 365 combinations to try!...3 tries per day. Or, you can neomail a staff member telling them what happened and there's a chance that they'll give you the birthdate if you can prove you're the true owner of the account.

this happens when u log into your account quite often. However, if you havent been logging in for a long time you are required to give your birthdate
If you can prove to a mod that its your account - tell them your pass (er, make sure its a neopets staffer), what pets are adopted, which pets you made, if you had any items you particularly remember in the SDB, or shop when they were still used as galleries, ect. Just tell them EVERYTHING you can. ^-^; Its how I got my old account back.
uve only got 1 option. neofriend urself on a diff account and itll tell u the age of the acct. use that information to make strategic guesses (3 per day). took me 2 months to open mine.... but it takes only like 1 minute a day so just go for it!!!!
I messaged staff with details about my account and etc, and never got a reply.. this was like a year ago x_x
this happened to me... i just neomaileed a staff and am hoping for a reply... it sucks.. happens if u dont go on ur acc for over 100 days
