    I know you were applying for it ages ago. Glad to hear that you got the job!

    Does the rudeness of your customer have any impact on the outcome of their coffee?

    I work there too!

    Definitely not caffeine free, though. Love it way too much.

    And for me, I try not to let the customer affect the way I make the drink. I may be less inclined to start over if I realized I messed something up, but that doesn't happen too often. And actually, now that I think about it, 99% of customers are really awesome so that hasn't been too much of an issue.

    I've only ever had a starbucks once... only one store i've found so far near where i live :p and its not there anymore.

    The meanest thing I do is decaf, and an occasional handing them a drink and not saying "thanks" when we hand it off.
