I would really like a Neopets ABer but I'm not sure how.

I'm new here so I have no idea where/how to get one yet.. Could anyone tell me? I'd really appreciate it a lot.

to get one you need to post, to get points and when you have enough points, buy an aber

post without spamming and get points to use in the download section. it will take a while to get a main shop aber but you can get a user shop aber or the igloo aber for less points.
