I've been getting this error a lot..

The instruction at "0x62304390" referenced memory at "0x62304390". Please terminate..

How do I fix this? I've gotten it for a while but just shrugged it off. I just cleaned my computer out the other day, scanned, and defragged and it's still coming up.

I also scanned for viruses using http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

But the thing is when I asked for it to delete/clean the infected files (there was 8 total) it was on that page for almost an hour and it wasn't showing any progress so I just closed the window..

    What do I do?

Re-download your current version of IE or get an upgrade... Either that or use firefox =P

Maybe if you can give a bit more infos on those 8 files (like the name of the file and/or infection name), I might be able to give you a hand...

    Try:
    1. Exit Internet Explorer 6.
    2. Control Panel, Internet Options, and then click the Advanced tab.
    3. In the Settings box, click to clear the Use HTTP 1.1 check box under HTTP 1.1 settings, and then click OK.

    Restart IE and test.
