    I think this is how.

    Download perl, download a script, go into Command Promt and type in where the file is, then the file. Its roughly that.

    Joe- whenever I do that it just makes a line with an underscore and does nothing.

    Install the Perl Library, then go o the cmd and type the script path!!!
