Illusons quests

Well, I've made it all the way to like 24 or 25, the one right before you get your honey potion... And she sent me for a unbuyable item. Needless to say, no buyers were online thus i failed and had to start over. 've tried a few times before but this one really ticked me off.

Is there any tips or tricks I can do to avoid having to get a unbuyable?

for me there is no trick,. its all random..

 

It's quest 35 that gives you a HP, not 25 :?

 

I know what you mean, that's really frustrating. Having to start over and everything. bleh

 

There are no tips or tricks, but the best thing to do once you get to about Quest 30 is to wait til the busier period on Neopets (usually the evening) and make a board on both the Trading board and the Battledome board asking for Illusen back-up. Wait until there are quite a few people at your boards and then go for the quest. If it is an unbuyable, one of them may have it if you get a few of the big Traders, but if not, they often help you neomail those who have the item so you can try and find someone online who will sell.

haha, i actully have a tip that works sometimes, ok usually when you get items they increase in value per quest, =but heres the thing. if you wait a week before doing another quest, the price drops quite a bit.... Maybe i could do illusions quests over a 3 month span, and after each quest wwait longer... for ex:

1st (wait a day) 2ed (wait 2 days) and so on etc.

This is right, but the problem is that when you say that you need an item for the quest, online people who have the item you need may sadly overprice it... that happened to a friend of mine who tried to get the hp several times

 

just had to becarefull when doing illusens quest. be ready as posible because every quest did she gives is random.

 

I remembered there was a bug when I was doing the Illusen's Quest. I was revert to level 1 quest eventhough I bought the thing she wanted. I was so furious as I nearly got the Honey Potion :evil:

 

onprogus is right, HP is at 35. 24/25 is far away from 35. You didn't lose much.

 

I hate Illusian's quests so much! I don't think they are worth it at all. I made it to the 15th Quest but then decided I would stop because it was too boring.

Best of luck getting the UB's, I avoided that situation by quitting the quests.

and if on the 34th - 35th quest, you get something over 800k

dont do it


And 35 Quests may total 800k... and therefore getting a hp just by buying (NO QuESTS) is cheaper

 

I don't really bother with her quests. Buying is much, much easier.
