I recently saw my first iPhone in real life today. SOO COOL. I would want one, but I hear the cheapest plan is $60 a month! =( What are your opinions on it?
Well there's a new free software out that let's you unlock the iPhone. That way you won't have to sign up for AT&T. The software is called anySIM =)
yeah i recently bought an iphone and currently useing it with my cigular plan not very expensive at all, all i had to do is use my simcard
It didnt seem that great to me or my friend who bought one. He will be switching his phone soon I believe
It looks cool but I've seen that it has alot of kinks. My brother (who has it) says it's kinda cheap and crappy.
my ipod is all scratched up and ugly so i think im gonna buy the iphone... that would be a better deal right? better than just buying a new ipod?
i've seen it and played around with it. it is a nice phone, but for that type of price, i'd rather settle with another smartphone
This might be grave-digging, but it's still pretty important. If you have just bought an iPhone or are thinking about buying one and unlock it with a hack: Don't. The latest upgrade has been known to pretty much turn your iPhone into a brick when using 3rd party apps. You can use it for some purposes, but you can't call people with it. So wait until the Dev team has successfully hacked the upgrade before you buy an iPhone (or upgrade yours if you haven't already).
Is this true? I was gonna buy an unlocked one off of ebay , but I don't know if I wanna shell out $500 now , especially after hearing this.
Yep. The Dev team has created some new program that's supposed to make your iPhone work normal again, but it hasn't been fully confirmed that it works with every sim card yet. Wait until they release a new unlock for the 1.1.1 patch and just buy the phone rather than buying an unlocked one, and you'll save a hundred bucks. =)
My friend just got an ipod witht he touch screen, and it's so cool. I love the zoom feature on it, and I might get that instead of the iPhone once I save up some cash.
i know someone who has an iPhone and sincerely regrets ever having baught the thing, sadly we all expected a little more from it though
