if you have a warrent in New Jersey, you're getting arrested and possibly transferred to New Jersey. it depends on the State Laws. what you can do is, check the ticket and there should be a number or something on it. somewhere. call the number and explain that you live in Washington.
you're going to have to make payment arrangements.

if you had a court date and you didn't show, you have bigger problems.

I had a friend who was arrested for a warrant in another state, so I'd say your best bet is to find a way to pay that speeding ticket.
Edit: He was arrested in Nevada for a California warrant, if that makes any difference.

    Turn yourself in!

    Or send in a check.

And don't get pulled over because they will know. Your record follows you!

The odd thing is that I get this picture of you driving in some old Buick -53 with some bottles of tequila on the floor, speeding away from the cops.
And it makes me want to go to America =/

That's strange. I live in Jersey and when we drive down to NC or VA, where we used to live, the cops usually let us off with a warning since we're from another state.
