I've always gotten conflicting information on if this certain proxy works for NP...Now I will admit I don't know everything there is to know about proxies but does this program do as well as the others? If so how good would you rate this?
Neopets recognizes all of the IPs that Hotspot Shield uses. With that said, they probably assume that each connection from that IP is from a different person and let you guys go.
