Logged out of neopets

everytime i sign into an account, i've to do it twice =/ cause the first time after i press enter for my pw, they send me to a pet page (w/o being logged in)

does anyone else experience this problem?

 

I get logged out randomly sometimes.. not sure if that's what you were talking about though.

 

what page exactly does it send you to?

and have you tried clearing your cookies and stuff like that?

 

when i log in, this is my procedure

enter username

enter password


-lead to petcentral (but not in any account)

then i'll have to log in again =/

 

Maybe try refreshing in the pet central. It can be because of the cookies like lazypando said, too.

 

usually, clearing all your cookies and deleting you IE cache solve this kind of problem...

All I know is every time I change the browser. I will need to re log in!

i tried clearing cookies and cache and it logs me out every 15 pages or so

 

make sure it's neopets you're signing into, it may sound stupid but hackers make identical pages

the URL should red http://www.neopet.com at the beginning

 

What settings do you have your cookies set to? If you are using Firefox, go to Tools, Options, Privacy, make sure Accept Cookies From Sites is checked and then there is a drop down box next to that stating how long your machine should keep the cookies for. I have this set at Until They Expire.

Every time I have had this kind of problem, it has always been something to do with my cookie settings. Might be worth putting Neopets into your list of sites where cookies are always allowed

 

Its username followed by pet and pw...sometimes dob

I've got this problem too ,but I changed my pass when I got into the account and it worked!

 

this just styarted happening to me today, but its happened before...its just neopets glitching like it always does, at first i thought i got iced again

 

I log out 0-2 times random a day xD

I find myself ALWAYS having to log back in.

 

Nah.. I don't get logged out.
It's usually because you logged in somewhere else, so you get logged out.. where you logged in before.
I think it's to prevent bots or something..?

 

Haha but I only have 1 computer, and I never log in like.. other places. -whines- It gets annoying, constantly having to log back in when I never logged out in the first place!!!
