Making layouts custom layouts for nps.

    for an example go to the lookup(on neopets) of fs00137. that is the style i like to do. i use photoshop cs 2 so the graphics will be better than MS Paint.
    I don't know what i will charge yet. I am thinking in the 20k range. if you think that is too expensive or too cheap please pm me so i can change that rate.

    If you want the lookup to have no credits, or your username, that will cost 75k extra.

    there is a reason things like this are confined to the blackmarket, and a reason the blackmarket is only available to level 1 users, you should probably wait until you have access to the blackmarket to be selling things
