i reckon!!!! im so pissed off about the christmas pb... they did it once before... about 4 years ago... and i stocked up on a fair amount... now they did again and massive price drop...

 

hehe I sniped about 100 under 10k and sold at 55k quickest 5mil I ever made and still growing. No complaints here

 

Oh man, I feel sorry for those that stocked up on them like a month before hand...lost tons! :S

 

do you just refresh at the advent calender?

wow! I knew that in years past you had to atleast refresh alot at the calender to get a pb... this year they just hand them out! haha wow...

 

As long as it's not draik eggs, I'm good. I don't do the whole speculation thing, and people who do should know there's risk that those items will deflate.

 

OMG ! Just bought 2 Christmas PB for under 100 np
I've bought like a hundred pb since this morning... Who told deflation was a bad thing ????

 

I've seen a few for 1NP, I was never fast enough though.
I doubt the PBs will ever recover fully.

 

Personally I'm not complaining...eventually the prices will spike again..maybe not tomorrow..but eventually. Till then- reap the benefits..I've bought and sold about 50 PBs today for under 20k -quick selling at 45k. Nice little profit so far :yup:

 

Yeah I will do the same, but I think I will put really cheap ones in the SDB.
Alot of people are waiting on the newbies to price them really low.

They were just unlucky. Things like that happen. Life isn't always predictable, either, eh?

 

Yeah, but still. They shouldn't give stuff like that. As much as we all enjoy it.

 

I appreciate it when they give out expensive items that will quickly deflate and then later inflate - if you take advantage of the opportunity, you can make a small fortune. Obviously you take a risk when you invest, but there's hardly any way to make a decent amount of NP without risking something - stock market, ABing, etc.

 

Since I don't play neopets much, I figured this would be a good oppertunity to stock up on a few items that will inflate over time.
Many people do this, so it won't take as long as you might think for the pb's to reach prices that are acceptable to sell at.
Only managed to buy 13 until I was wiz banned, so now I'm waiting it out.

edit; Just noticed that you can't get wiz banned, I just couldn't search at that precise moment, haha
