    I was curious. I've been reading through the posts and have noticed the "Black Market" is mentioned quite often. Can anyone explain to me exactly what the Black Market is?

    Sorry if its a dumb question. I just dont know. :)

    It's a place to buy and sell neopets things. You need to be level 1 to see it.
