If any can pay me a membership at runescape, i can pay them with NP's

i cant pay my own because i dont have credit card

 

oh and they charged it onto ur phone bill??? so high tech? XD i didn't know they accept mobile money

They do have phone-charging. Btw there are websites that sell memberships for Runescape GP.

 

here you can buy a prepaid paypal card at the gas station. takes me 5 min to pay and get member.

It is definitely worth it to pay the GPs for members if you can't do it yourself. Of course, you could convince a friend/parent to doing it for you?

 

I bought a prepaid card also, easiest way!
